Ingredients

3 eggs
1 packet of Goya Chicken Seasoning
Large ziplock bag
Spoon
1/2 tomato
1/2 onion
Knife
Bowl
Whisk or fork
Small frying pan
No stick oil spray
A slice cheese (optional)
Scissors (optional)
Lemon Seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. First you should start off by taking care of your filling first. Chop up your onions and tomatoes into squares. I would first cut horozontally then vertically. When you are done chopping, put them inside your ziplock bag.

  2. Next take your 1 packet of Goya Chicken Seasoning. Put in about ¼ of the packet into your ziplock bag of onions and tomato. Make sure you spread it around. Zip up the bag and shake it. Shake it for a good 4 seconds. Everything should look saturated in seasoning.

** This is a good point to turn on your stove and start heatin gup your frying pan. Be sure to spray with Non-Stick oil spray.

  1. Then, crack your 3 eggs into a bowl. You can either a. whisk it or b. mix it up with a fork. Either way, when you are done you should have a yellow mix of eggs in your bowl. Also take your Goya Chicken Seasoning packet again and put the next ¼ of it into your egg mix. Stir once again.

**Optional step: Take a slice of cheese and cut it up into mini squares. Put aside.

  1. If you haven't arleady turned on your stove and started heatin gup your frying pan do so now. Be sure to spray with Non-Stick oil spray. Wait for about 3 to 5 minutes (depending on your stove type and weather or not you turned it on earlier). When warm, pour your eggs in. Wait for about 3 minutes for the first side of your egg to finish cooking.

** Optional step: After about 2 minutes take your cheese mini squares and put them in the eggs. Try to have the squares all over the egg.

  1. Be sure that the first side of your egg is cooked and ready. Next, take your bag of filling and your spoon. Carefully open the bag and take spoon fulls of your filling and put it on one side of the egg. Put as much/ little as you would like. When you have completed this, take the side w/o the filling and cover the side with the filling. Essentially, you are closing up the egg. Half of your pan should be bare and other with the egg.

  2. Let it sit for a while. After about another 2 minutes flip the egg over again. You can take out the egg based on how you like your eggs (running or well done). Voila! You have your egg.

**Optional Step: I typically, when finished, put a dash of lemon seasoning on the egg. This spices it up and bit and makes it more spontaenous tasting in a way.

(FYI): I typically eat this with a side like a sausage or a piece of toast. It is an excellent way to kick off your morning or even eat in the middle of the day. It is also very fufilling! It's good for you and a friend!
