Directions
Peel and mince the garlic. whisk together the beer, lemon juice, sugar, olive oil , paprika, cumin, pepper and garlic. Rinse the steak, pat dry, place in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove the steak from the marinade and season with salt. Place on a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, turing a few times. The meat should be pink in the center.
