Directions

Cream sugar and butter.

Work in flour. Add vanilla and nuts.

Shape into walnut size balls. Make hole in center, fill with jelly or preserves.

Bake 325℉ (160℃). for 10 to 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
