Directions
Sieve maida in a bowl add salt and butter to it.
Put the water in the maida and make a dough out of it.
Now cover dough with a wet cloth.
Take a non stick pan add butter to it put jaggery in it when the butter melts.
When the jaggery form a thick paste add grated coconut to it and mix.
After 5min switch of the gas stove. Keep it to cool down.
Now get back to the dough make small pedhas(small dough).
Flatten them add filing to the center. Take ends of the flatten dough bring them together close it.
Fry them for about 3 to 5 min. in butter.
