Ingredients

CUP ML RICE
½ 118
CUP ML LENTILS, GREEN
(urad dal)
2 1E+1
TEASPOONS ML SALT

Directions

Soak the rice and dal separately in slightly warm water for 2 to 8 hours. Grind separately to a smooth paste and mix in a large vessel with salt. Mix thoroughly (use blender if possible). Ferment for 12 hours.
