Three ingredients, one bowl, zero cooking. Just stir together mayo-style dressing, prepared mustard, and a generous two tablespoons of horseradish. That’s it.

The result is a punchy, nasal-clearing spread that transforms any roast beef sandwich, prime rib slider, or cold cut platter from ordinary to “where has this been all my life?"

Let it chill in the fridge so the flavors meld together before you slather it on everything.

  • Adjust the horseradish up or down depending on how much heat you can handle. Freshly opened horseradish is always the most potent.
