Directions
Stir biscuit mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms.
Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Drop dough by teasponfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees until golden.
Mix butter and garlic and brush on hot biscuits, then serve.
