Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic
minced
1 cup onions
finely chopped
¼ cup parsley leaves
chopped
2 tablespoons basil
chopped
2 pounds squid
cleaned, sliced
¼ cup white wine

¼ cup clam juice

3 cups marinara sauce
1 pinch oregano

1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

1 x red pepper flakes
crushed

Directions

Heat oil and sauté garlic and onions until slightly brown.

Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers.

Cook until squid is tender.
