I didn't have high expectations with this one, but, thus far, it has been my favorite recipe I have gotten from this site. My family enjoyed it very much also. Very quick and easy, wonderful taste. Don't think this will fill you though, it's more of a side dish than a main dish in our opinion. Wonderful! Thanks!

Ingredients

3 each avocados
1 can tuna fish draind and chunked
1/2 cup celery chopped finely
1 tablespoon chives chopped
2 tablespoons salad dressing, italian
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, mild grated
1/2 cup potato chips crushed

Directions

Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove pits, but do not peel.

Combine tuna, celery, chives, Italian dressing, and mayonnaise.

Mix well.

Spoon into avocado halves and arrange on shallow baking dish.

Pour 1/2 inch boiling water into the bottom of dish.

Sprinkle tops of avocados with cheese.

Bake at 400F for approximately 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with the crushed potato chips.
