This was excellent, and I don't even care for coleslaw. I would definitely make this again.

Ingredients

1 cup salad dressing, creamy ranch buttermilk
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar granulated
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seed whole
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
6 cups cabbage shredded
1 cup carrots shredded
3 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped

Directions

In medium bowl, combine salad dressing, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed, mustard seed, and pepper.

In large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, and parsley.

Pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture and toss gently to coat.

Cover, refrigerate overnight or until serving time, at least 2 hours.
