Ingredients

2 pounds pork cubed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 small onion sliced
2 Tomato, tomatoes sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
2 each green bell peppers cut into strips

Directions

In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch.

Then mix in remaining ingredients except green pepper and tomatoes.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Stir in green pepper and tomatoes. Cook on high for 10 minutes.

Whole Wheat Blueberry Bars

I think this is really a nice recipe for blueberries, we reduced the sugar, useing about half of the amount, the bars turned out a little bit soft, but still very good, my husband loves these whole wheat blueberries very much, and gave us extra fibre.
