Ingredients

1 1/2 pound ground beef
3 each bread sliced, torn into small pieces
1 each egg
10 ounces tomatoes, canned rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 each onion chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup chili sauce

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients. Spread in ungreased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inch loaf pan Bake 1 hour at 375 covered with foil; drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf and bake 15 minutes more uncovered.

My husband liked the spiciness of this meatloaf. I thought it was pretty good, but needs another egg to help hold it together.
