Ingredients

1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup yogurt, low-fat plain
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 each garlic cloves crushed
1 tablespoon honey warmed
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin ground
12 each pork leg schnitzels

Directions

Combine peanut butter with yogurt, juice garlic honey and cumin in a bowl, mix well.

Brush schnitzels with yogurt mixture.

Add schnitzels toheated, greased griddle pan (or grill or BBQ),

cook until browned on both sides and just tender.

Fresh Blueberry Cream Pie

I didn't care for this pie because of the cream filling which tasted too much like sour cream. I feel maybe it needed some vanilla or more eggs to get rid of that overwhelming taste. Everyone else though liked it and thought the blueberries played down the sour cream taste. So I will probably make it again for others.
