Ingredients

8 ounces shell macaroni uncooked
8 ounces yogurt, plain low-fat
1/4 cup orange juice frozen concentrate, thawed
15 ounce can mandarin oranges drained
1 cup grapes, seedless red
1 cup grapes, seedless white
1 each apple red, cored, diced
1/2 cup celery sliced
1/2 cup walnut halves
1 x lettuce for garnish
1 x strawberries for garnish

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Chill in cold water and drain well.

Blend orange juice concentrate and yogurt well.

Toss mixture with remaining ingredients and pasta.

Cover and chill thoroughly.

Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Garnish with fresh strawberries.

Cream of Squash Soup

Excellent! I used evaporated milk instead of 1/2 and 1/2. It's DELICIOUS! Using squash fresh from the garden!!! Will freeze some for the winter months.
