Ingredients

2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crushed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 3/4 cups almonds ground, toasted
1 cup pumpkin (canned)
1/3 cup amaretto liquer
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions

In medium bowl, blend vanilla crumbs, 1 cup ground almonds, powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Stir in pumpkin and amaretto. Form into 1 inch balls.

Roll in remaining 3/4 cup ground almonds.

Refrigerate.
