Ingredients

4 each great northern beans (48 oz each)
4 cups onion chopped
2 pounds brown sugar dark brown
2 pounds ham cooked, cubed
28 ounces ketchup
20 ounces pineapple crushed
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/3 cup vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Divide among 4 greased 13x9x2 inch baking pans. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more.

Serves: 80-100
