| 4 | each | great northern beans | (48 oz each) |
| 4 | cups | onion | chopped |
| 2 | pounds | brown sugar | dark brown |
| 2 | pounds | ham | cooked, cubed |
| 28 | ounces | ketchup | |
| 20 | ounces | pineapple | crushed |
| 1/2 | cup | prepared mustard | |
| 1/3 | cup | vinegar |
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Divide among 4 greased 13x9x2 inch baking pans. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more.

A handy metric conversion chart useful when preparing recipes, contains fluid measurements, weights and oven temperatures....
Excellent! When I was making the recipe though, I found that there didn't seem to be enough oats, so I doubled the measurement. It turned out great. JB
