| 2 | cups | vanilla yogurt | frozen, softened |
| 6 | each | gingersnap cookies | chopped |
| 2 | each | bananas | sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | pecans | chopped toasted |
Layer equal portions of frozen yogurt, chopped gingersnaps, bananas and pecans into 4 small dessert cups or glasses.
Freeze until the yogurt is firm, at least 10 minutes.
Very quick and easy for me to make. Great replacement for ice cream.

This is a great recipe.Much better tasting then any peanut flavored icecream on the market. Instead of heath bars i used mr goodbar,excellent. This web site is fantastic!!!
