Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cup whipped topping, prepared
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 each graham cracker pie crust
2 each pudding mix vanilla, 4 ounce package
16 ounces pumpkin can
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
1/4 teaspoon cloves ground

Directions

Mix cream cheese, 1 tb milk, sugar in large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in whipped cream. Spread in bottom of crust.

Pour 1 cup milk into bowl, add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Will be thick.) Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Refrigerate 4 hours until set.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
