| 1 | cup | butter | |
| 3 | ounces | cream cheese | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | each | egg | yolk |
| 2 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | lemon extract | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
Beat butter & cream cheese well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until light brown.
Note: A cookie press is needed for this recipe. You can also use almond extract instead of the lemon extract. Use green food coloring at Christmas and sprinkle them with red sugar.

It was my first time to try mixing all the uncooked grains, dried fruits, yogurt and honey together, actually they were pretty nice. Good change for breakfast.
