Ingredients

8 ounces crab meat frozen, defrosted
5 ounces asparagus frozen, cut, defrosted
1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced
1/2 cup water chestnuts sliced
1 x lettuce leaves
1 x parsley leaves
Dressing
1/2 cup yogurt plain,
2 tablespoons horseradish mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
2 Packets artifical sweetener
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine.

In A Separate Bowl, Combine The Salad Ingredients.

Pour Dressing Over Crab Salad. Toss Gently. Chill Several Hours. Serve On Lettuce Leaves. Garnish With Parsley.
