Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 each egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
6 ounces peanut butter chips

Directions

1. Cream margarine and sugar.

2. Beat in egg and cocoa.

3. Sift dry ingridients together and add chocolate mixture alternately with milk, mix well.

4. Stir in vanilla, nuts and chips.

5. Drop 2 inches apart on ungreased cookiesheet.

6. Bake in 400 F oven for 8-10 minutes.

7. Frost with icing if desired.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Highly recommended for first timers! (sorry, just had to comment). Although this presented a great laugh, I have also used red or chopped green onions for some bite. Add a slice of ham and you have a grilled ham AND cheese!
