Ingredients

6 each chocolate wafers crushed
1 1/2 cups cream cheese (light)
1 cup sugar
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat 1%)
2 tablespoons milk chocolate morsels
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
1/4 cup amaretto liquer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 each egg
1 x chocolate curls

Directions

Sprinkle chocolate wafers in bottom of a 7 inch springform pan.

In a food processor put cream cheese and the next seven ingredients.

Process until smooth.

Add the egg and process just until well blended.

Fold in chocolate morsels.

Slowly pour mixture over the crumbs in the pan.

Bake at 300F for 65-75 min. or until cheesecake is set.

Let cool in pan on wire rack.

Cover and chill at least 8 hours.

Remove sides of springform pan and transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chocolate curls.
