| 1 1/2 | cups | cranberry juice | |
| 2/3 | cup | bits-o-barley | |
| 1 | pinch | salt | |
| 1/2 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | lemon zest | |
| 1/2 | cup | honey |
Bring first six ingredients to a boil, then cover, remove from heat and let stand until all the juice is absorbed.
Add honey, blend well.
Serve warm or cold.

Very good, meat ended up very tender! I would suggest adding some more sauce about an hour before you take it out, besides that, it was very good.
