Ingredients

15 1/2 ounces salmon, canned
1/3 cups yogurt, low-fat
1/3 cups scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1/3 cups celery chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 x black pepper to taste
12 slices bread

Directions

Drain and flake salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients except pepper and bread. Season with pepper to taste. Spread salmon mixture on half of bread slices; top with remaining bread. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
