A sweet and sour dressing tossed with the shredded cabbage and chunks of apples. Refreshing, light and very tasty. A great make-ahead side.

These crunchy vegetables make a refreshing and delicious salad. If you have your own vegetable garden, they are the easiest vegetables to grow. Or find them in the grocery store.

Sweet cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers and crunchy romain lettuce are tossed with a lemon-olive oil vinaigrette, and cheesy Parmesan croutons.

Spinach salad is a little plain, in this recipe, we add figs and walnuts into it, much more flavour. And much more nutrition!
