I had this yummy and warm hot-pot with some homemade kimchee and a Korean style spinach salad. Real comfort food! Highly recommend this dish to everyone who likes Korean food.

This salad is absolutely delicious, I used cilantro instead of parsley, marinated for about 4 hours, the salad was so refreshing and tasty, definitely will make it again.

Arugula (Rocket) or Baby Spinach tossed with a flavorful warm mushroom and onion dressing. A perfect balancing of fresh clean flavor with a warm woodsy note from the mushrooms.

Roasting delivers loads of flavor and meaty mushrooms with texture. The fennel adds lovely subtle sweetness punctuated by the fresh crunch of the radishes topped with a light citrus dressing.
