Gumbo Seasoning

A classic combination of fine herbs for general purpose use.

Use for seasoning meat, with sour cream for dip, etc. Substitute 3-4 tablespoons of mix for one packet of Onion Soup Mix.

Great simple recipe, I added some leeks which I threw in with the parsnips when they had about 10 minutes left to boil. Really came out great.

Traddtional cheesecake, on Festival Days, always do it for whole family! They all love it!
