Ingredients

2 small venison steaks
1 tablespoon butter
1 dash fennel bulb
1 x garlic salt to taste
1 x basil to taste

Directions

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.

Put steaks in pan and add fennel, garlic salt and basil.

Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until done to your liking.
