| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 3/4 | cup | butter | or margarine |
| 6 | ounces | evaporated milk | undiluted |
| 1 | package | instant pudding mix, butterscotch | |
| 3 1/2 | cups | oatmeal | quick-cooking |
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk; stir over low heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oatmeal.
Stir thoroughly.
Cool 15 minutes, the drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed lined cookie pans.
