| 4 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | cream | |
| 2 | cups | turkey | diced |
| 4 | spears | broccoli florets | sliced lengthwise |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | mixed vegetable seasoning | |
| 1/2 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
In a sauce pan, melt butter and gradually stir in flour to make a smooth paste.
Slowly add cream and whisk until smooth.
Place turkey in baking dish, alternating with layers of broccoli spears.
Pour sauce over all and sprinkle on vegetable seasoning.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes; cheese will be bubbling and slightly browned.
