Ingredients

4 each trout pan dressed
2 teaspoons vegetable oil olive
4 each garlic cloves, pressed
4 each rosemary leaves fresh, sprigs
1 each lemon quartered

Directions

Rinse the trout inside and out; pat dry with paper towel. Using your fingers, rub olive oil over the inside and outside surface of each fish. Next, gently rub one clove of crushed garlic inside the body cavity of each trout, distributing the garlic throughout. Place one sprig of rosemary inside each fish.

Place fish over medium-hot fire and grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Serve with lemon wedges.

Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

I'm a 44 year old guy that over the years has become a conisuer of cookie dunking with milk. This was the first time I have ever, ever baked cookies! I cannot believe how fantastic they came out. What a great recipe. All I did was add Reeses Peanut Butter chips to teh chocolate ones and WOW! They soak up the milk and "explode" in your mouth!!! Amazing!
