Ingredients

2 each trout
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Clean trout then butter liberally both sides.

Lay on alfoil and squeeze lemon juice over fish.

Wrap the fish in the foil and place on a few coals to cook slowly.
