It should be the consistency of ranch dressing.
If too thick, thin with more oil.

I think this one is the best pumpkin pie I have cooked till now, incredible flavour, I use too eggs, 1 teaspoons powdered sugar, I love this recipe so much, will do it on Christmas, of course!
