| 1 1/4 | cups | ketchup | |
| 3/4 | cup | water | |
| 1/4 | cup | honey | |
| 2 | tablespoons | worcestershire sauce | |
| 4 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 6 | pounds | back ribs | cut in small serving pieces |
| 1 | small | onion | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper |
Mix all ingredients except ribs.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare a charcoal grill, and cook ribs for one hour over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally.
Brush ribs with sauce.
Turn and cook for 20 minutes or longer until done.
