| 3 | ounces | gelatin, flavored | strawberry, 1 package |
| 1 | cup | water | boiling |
| 1 | quart | milk | cold |
| 1 | quart | strawberry ice cream | |
| Garnish | |||
| 1 | x | strawberries | fresh, optional |
Put the strawberry flavored gelatine and the boiling water into a blender container and blend at low speed until the gelatin is dissolved.
Pour 1/2 c of the gelatin mixture into a glass measuring cup and set aside.
Add half the milk to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend on low speed until mixed.
Add half the strawberry ice cream and blend until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses.
Repeat with the reserved gelatin mixture, milk, and ice cream.
Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry, if desired.

My family enjoyed this recipe. I cut the onions big enough so that they could pick them out and did not put in the peppers. They liked that. Plus, it has a really nice flavor when it is done and the meat was very tender. It is the best roast recipe that I have found. We will definitely make this again.
