| 6 | each | kaiser rolls | or whole wheat buns |
| 1 | can | spam | cubed (7 oz) |
| 1 | cup | monterey jack cheese | shredded |
| 1 | each | tomato | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | broccoli florets | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | carrot | thinly sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | salad dressing, creamy ranch | peppercorn |
Heat oven to 350 F.
Cut thin slice from top of each bun; reserve.
Remove center from each bun, leaving a 1/2" wall.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon into buns, pressing filling into buns.
Top with reserved tops of buns.
Wrap each sandwich tightly in aluminum foil.
Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
