Smoked turkey breast, a slice of cheddar and crisp green pepper stacked on a bagel, wrapped tight in wax paper and heated until the cheese goes melty and the turkey warms through.
It’s the kind of grab-and-go sandwich you can prep the night before and nuke at work in under a minute.
Nothing fancy. Just solid, satisfying fuel that beats the drive-through every single time.
Kitchen Tips
- Swap the green pepper for tomato slices, roasted red pepper or a handful of baby spinach depending on what’s in the crisper.
- Everything bagels add an extra layer of garlic and sesame flavor that pairs well with the smoky turkey.
- Wrap tightly in wax paper before microwaving so the steam stays trapped and the bagel doesn’t dry out.
