| 1 | cup | red wine | |
| 2 | each | soup, cream of chicken | 10 oz cans, low fat |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | tablespoons | poultry seasoning | |
| 6 | each | chicken breasts | fat free |
| 1 | cup | milk | skim |
Mix red wine and cream of chicken soup in pot over medium heat. Mix flour and poultry seasoning into container, dip chicken into milk, then coat with flour mix fry chicken until lightly brown both sides. Repeat until all chicken is complete. Bring soup to a boil, add chicken to pot boil for 15-20 minutes, let simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over white steamed rice.

you seem to have left out when to incorporate the buttermilk. I made these tonight and the batter is very soft like cake batter. The cookies came out ok. soft
