Ingredients

1 pound ground pork
6 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
2 large eggs
8 ounces pineapple
1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Combine ingredients together.

Form into balls and fry.
