| 1 | x | nonstick cooking spray | butter flavored |
| 2 | pounds | shrimp | raw, peeled |
| 3/4 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | sweet bell pepper | chopped |
| 1 | pound | mushrooms | sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter buds | liquid |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 | each | bay leaves | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | parsley leaves | |
| 2 | cups | rice, cooked |
Saute' onions, bell pepper and mushrooms in a skillet that has been sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray until vegetables are just tender.
Stir in black pepper, garlic powder, liquid butter Buds and bay leaves.
Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink.
Mix in warm rice.
Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
Remove bay leaves.
Sprinkle with parsley.
