| 6 | large | eggs | hard-cooked, chopped |
| 2 | each | avocados | peeled, pitted, chopped |
| 1 | each | habanero chiles | seeded, chopped |
| 1 | each | onions | chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | vinegar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3 | each | mangos | halved, seeded |
Place all the ingredients except the mangoes and cilantro in a food processor or blender and blend at medium speed until very well combined and fairly smooth.
Chill for several hours. Pour the sauce into the hollowed out section of the mango halves, and garnish with cilantro.

I just used the marinade from this, leaving out the liquid smoke (never have any in the house) and the cayenne pepper (too hot) and adding crushed garlic. I used it on and grilled chicken pieces. It had a wonderful flavor and left the chicken very moist.
