Ingredients

1 3/4 packages yeast, active dry
4 1/2 cups bread flour
7/8 cups whole-grain wheat flour
5 1/3 tablespoons gluten flour
3 2/3 tablespoons brown sugar packed
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
6 ounces banana peeled, sliced
1 1/3 cups peanut butter
1 3/4 egg
1 3/4 cups water very warm

Directions

Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
