Mmmmm...Good! The ingredients are flexible you can add or leave out whatever you want on it. Also I sometimes use mozarella cheese instead of the swiss ...so use whatever cheese you like.

Ingredients

7 slices bread, white
1/2 pound cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 pound swiss cheese shreddded
3 cups milk
8 whole eggs beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound breakfast sausage cooked
1/4 cup green bell pepper diced
1/4 cup cooking onion diced
1/2 cup mushrooms sliced

Directions

Grease 9x13 Cake Pan. Place bread slices in bottem of pan (I leave the crusts on). Cover entire bottom of the pan.

Sprinkle cheese on the bread. Put on whatever other toppings you may have (meat & vegetables etc..)on top of the cheese.

Combine milk, beaten eggs, & salt. Pour over top of other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake next morning in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes.

You can add any kind of breakfast meat you may want (Ham, Bacon etc) more or less this easily adjusts to your tastes.
