| 1/2 | pound | ground beef | or turkey |
| 1 | cup | pizza sauce | prepared |
| 1 | can | mushrooms | drained (4.5 oz) |
| 1 | can | pizza crust dough | refrigerated, pillsbury |
| 8 | ounces | cheddar cheese | shredded |
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Grease 12" pizza pan or 13x9" pan.
Unroll dough and place in a greased pan; starting at the center press out with hands.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Brown ground beef in medium skillet; drain.
Stir in pizza sauce and mushrooms.
Spoon hamburger mixture over partially baked crust; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until deep golden brown.

This is a very tasty dish. I was even missing a few ingredients, the cloves and green cardamon (i had to use ground). Be very careful not to burn the onions. Watch them closely when it gets close to time for them to be done. Do Not use packaged saffron rice if you can't find any saffron. Use Jasmine or Basmati instead.
