Ingredients

3 cups pasta shells uncooked , 7 1/2 ounces
2/3 cup salad dressing, italian, low-fat low calorie
1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated shredded
2 each carrots chopped, 1 cup
1 each green bell pepper chopped, 1 cup
15 ounces kidney beans, canned rinsed and drained
15 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed and drained
14 1/2 ounces italian plum (roma) tomatoes canned, or stewed or diced tomatoes , drained

Directions

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

Toss pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
