| 2 | cups | tomato wedges | peeled |
| 1/2 | cup | radishes | sliced |
| 1/2 | medium | red onion | thinly sliced |
| 1/2 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | cucumber | chunks |
| 1 | x | salad dressing, italian | dietetic |
Combine all vegetables in salad bowl; pour Italian dressing over.
Refrigerate overnight.

Very quick and easy, wonderful simple flavor. The curry is not overpowering at all and the lemon juice adds a bit of zing to the salad.
