| 1 1/2 | pounds | flounder fish fillets | or sole |
| 3 | tablespoons | salad dressing, italian, low-fat | low-cal |
| 3 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 3 | tablespoons | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper |
Place fish in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.
Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes.
Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
