Ingredients

1 1/2 cups ham cubed
3 ounces cheddar cheese grated
10 ounces broccoli, frozen chopped
1 can soup, cream of mushroom
1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1/2 cup milk, 2%

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix ham, cheese, chopped broccoli and soup in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

Stir remaining ingredients until dough forms; drop by spoonfuls over broccoli mixture.

Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until biscuits are browned and mixture is bubbly.

Almond Biscotti

I tried this recipe for almond biscotti last night and my husband has devoured half the batch already! He is of Danish descent and loves anything with almond flavoring but I think the raw chopped almonds and brandy were the "secret" ingredients that won him over. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
