| 1 | tablespoon | lemon | or lime juice, fresh |
| 3/4 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1 | dash | dry mustard | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
Chop chili pepper, onion, garlic, peeled tomato and blend. Cut avocado into halves, remove seed and skin, mash with chili mixture. Blend in lemon or lime juice, salt, pepper, seasoned salt and dry mustard. Serve with crackers, corn chips, potato chips or tortillas. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.

Valentine’s Day often brings thoughts of flowers, jewellery and boxes of chocolate into one’s head. The gift that really stands out is chocolate because hardly any women hate the amazing taste....
This is great. I have served it at two separate gatherings and everyone loves it. I use 1 lb. sage sausage and one lb. hot sausage and I use french bread.
