Grilled Tuna Burger with Spicy Mango Ketchup

Ingredients

2 pounds tuna fish fresh, minced
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
2 tablespoons capers minced
1/4 cup cilantro minced
1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions minced
1 tablespoon chipotle puree

Directions

Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

When ready to use, form into 1 inch thick patties.

Brush tuna burgers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill for 1 minute on each side for rare.

Serve on hamburger roll with Spicy Mango Ketchup.

Bread Machine Onion Bagels

Very good! I live in Canada and my favourite place to go for onion bagels was Tim Horton's, but unfortunately most locations don't make them any more. These are just as good, if not better, because they have a Montreal-style bagel quality about them. I will be making them again!!
